These terms govern use of Uploaditz (the “Service”), provided by Grandfield Media Private Limited, Hyderabad, India (“Uploaditz”, “we”). By creating an organisation account or accepting an invitation you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
Uploaditz provides a catalogue, access control, request tracking and audit trail for files exchanged between an organisation and its customers and suppliers. File contents are transferred directly between users’ browsers and storage that the organisation controls or that Uploaditz provisions on its behalf (“Managed Storage”). Uploaditz does not receive, store or inspect file contents.
The organisation’s admins are responsible for who they invite and what role they assign. Clients and suppliers are invited users who may only see files within the scope granted to them. Each person must keep their sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us immediately at uploaditz@grandfieldmedia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Seats are billed per user per month or per year in advance. Managed Storage is billed monthly in arrears on gigabytes stored above the included allowance. Clients and suppliers are never billed. Prices are on the pricing page; we give at least 30 days’ notice of changes, which apply from your next renewal. Taxes are added where applicable. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after 14 days’ notice; data is not deleted on suspension.
The 14-day trial is free and requires no card. At its end you may purchase seats or stop; nothing is charged without your action.
You own your files and your catalogue. We process catalogue and audit data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Managed Storage buckets are provisioned for your exclusive use; on termination we transfer the bucket to your account or empty it at your written instruction, after giving you the opportunity to export everything. We never delete file contents on our own initiative.
You will not use the Service to store or exchange unlawful material, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to attack the Service or others’ systems. You are responsible for scanning files you receive; we cannot, because we do not hold them.
We aim for continuous availability and test the upload and download path end to end daily. We may perform maintenance with notice. The Service is provided “as is”; we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, but we will always tell you the truth about incidents.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your storage provider, your users, or files you chose to exchange.
You may cancel at any time from the account page; the account stays active to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach after 14 days’ written notice to cure, or immediately for unlawful use. On termination you have 30 days to export your catalogue and audit trail.
We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice to account admins. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
